MEDIATION

Take matters into your own hands!

With the assistance of our neutral third-party mediator, the parties will engage in a confidential process to reach a custom-made agreement resolving issues in dispute.

Why mediate?  The parties serve as the architect of their own solution.  A unique solution tailored to the parties’ needs which can include solutions that a court would not be able to order.  The parties retain control of the process and the outcome with the assistance of our skilled mediator.

Prior to the mediation, the mediator will talk with each party about logistics and their desire to mediate.  During mediation, the parties will each be given an opportunity to express their point-of-view and to discuss possible solutions during this confidential process.

MEDIATION CONSULTING

Conflict can feel overwhelming and out-of-your-control.  Mediation consulting serves as a critical second opinion.  Whether this second opinion leads to a new strategy or confirms your ultimate goals, mediation consulting will solidify the information and insights you need to make decisions about resolving your dispute.  Even if you trust your attorney, seeking a second opinion can help clarify your situation and make you feel back in control.

Why hire us?  Our skilled mediator offers mediation consulting and coaching to help individuals and/or lawyers deal with disputes more constructively.  By analyzing the conflict and interests, our mediator can assist you in coming up with the winning strategy and ultimate goals.  As with most things in life, an informed neutral third-party can help convert negative situations of anger and frustration into forward-thinking, creative paths forward.

Whatever stage you are at in the resolution process, we can help.

FACILITATION

Collaboration is an important key to success, but it can be difficult to achieve.  Workplace, organizational, consumer, and neighborhood conflict, even if between just two people, can feel impossible to navigate effectively.

With the assistance of our facilitator, groups can work collaboratively together to make decisions, solve problems, and reach consensus.  The group will be guided through structured, focused discussions and activities.  We can work with your schedule to develop the best program and approach for your needs.
